Atlas, a company of Adecco Group of Greece, on behalf of Vodafone Greece Group, is looking for people to staff the following position:
Professional Services Project Manager
Job Description
The scope of the role is to perform project management activities for new Office 365 professional services activations for major/sme customer
• Ownership, monitor and report entire activation process.
• Oversee all customer technical issues that might arise during activation and until handover to the support team.
• Perform all required actions, internal and vendor coordination activities, to activate professional services according to customer needs.
• Run health check and final acceptance form to make sure customer enjoys the full range of service capabilities, as per Vodafone standards.
Candidate Profile
• Technical education with qualifications in computing, College, TEI or University degree
• At least 1 year experience in administration of technology services or technical support.
• Good knowledge in Office 365 cloud productivity suite
• Very good level of Greek and English language (oral and written)
• Very good organizational and analytical skills.
• Strong customer orientation attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Logical approach to problem solving and self-motivation.
• Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work under pressure with strict time deadlines.
• Ability to work as a team member and interact with other departments/vendors.
• Take initiative, being alerted, have a sense of urgency.
• High levels of self-motivation & “can do” attitude.
