Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, a multinational chemicals’ company, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position:
Sales Account Manager - Chemicals
Job Description
• Engage with the typical Company's Chemicals customers, both small and top tiers
• Implement the industry strategy of Company's Chemicals Team and participate into its development with innovative ideas and solutions.
• Ensure achievement of sales and profit objectives in assigned market, in line with sales policies and company’s mission and values.
• Maintain and develop strong customer relationships
• Develop new business accounts and identify growth opportunities
• Negotiate prices with customers
• Support customers in terms of applications of products
• Provide (bottom-up) input to sales strategy development (on demand)
• Generate and manage the opportunity funnel (for BUs in area of responsibility)
• Conceptually support and execute sales projects and market launches
• Collaborate with Customer Service for efficient order processing
• Inform, propose solutions, and arrange in case of customer debts, credit limits and orders
• Ensure a close collaboration and alignment with the Market Developers
• Active representation of Company's Interests
• Communicate the company values and guidelines of Company's Group
• Contribute to sustainable competitiveness of Company's group
Candidate Profile
• Chemistry or Chemical Engineering university degree or equivalent
• Previous experience in Sales
• Fluent in local language and in English, both orally and in written
• IT literate
• Availability to travel
• Affinity with BTC Culture: growth-powered mindset, flexibility, curiosity and entrepreneurship
• Demonstrate a strategic thinking, collaborative mindset, and a customer-focused approach. You will have to face the daily challenges that the Account Manager life will rise, from technical to commercial and logistical topics, so as to help BTCand your customers to achieve best possible results in terms of efficiency, cost-saving, innovation, and profit.
