Junior Sales Analyst & Sales Support
Job Description
• Reporting all Sales and Marketing activities (Channels/ Customers/Brands)
• Μonitoring & control Sales files (Contracts, Approval Forms, KPI reports etc.)
• Monthly delivery of Customer/Sales Rep forecast and plan any necessary changes and/or adjustments on reports
• Cooperating with Sales managers, Marketing, Customer Service and Business Controller to align on business related financial targets
• Implementation of Corporate Standards, Sales Leadership Program & other Sales Strategic Projects
• Coordination with GM, Channel Heads, Marketing and Customer Service, of Global & Regional Projects
• Standard KPI & CPA to support GM/Heads to develop Sales Action Plan to reinforce Business Steering
• Support implementation of digital systems (eESF, DSP, eShop etc.) in coordination with relevant departments
• Support the Sales Team
Candidate Profile
• Holder of University degree in Finance or Business Administration
• Previous experience in sales/finance 1-2 years
• Previous experience in SAP would be an asset
• Advanced excel skills (VLookup, conditional formatting, data validation, creation and manipulation of Pivot Tables)
• Very good numerical understanding and analytical skills
• Proficient knowledge of English language (both oral and written) and MS Office
• Ability to perform under pressure and with deadline constraints
• Organizational skills and team player
