Adecco is currently seeking on behalf of its client, a multinational cosmetics company, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position:
Junior Sales & Brand Financial Planning Analyst (FTC)
Job Description
• Responsible for supporting data behind the financial plans and the budgeting process, providing insights and variance analysis of the results
• Supports the preparation and submission of the financial forecast updates (Annual Plan, Profit Forecasts, Monthly Net Revenue Forecasts, Sales results, and Conversion rates)
• Supports Month End and Actuals process and analysis
• Understands customers business models to support go to market and channel strategy development
• Monitors the ongoing marketing budget tracking process
• Performs pay out analyses of proposed activities and drives local marketing spending ROI and promotional ROI insights
• Establishes an efficient network with other markets and corporate teams
Candidate Profile
• University Degree in Economics or Business Administration
• Working experience 1-3 years as an FP&A preferably in a FMCG company
• Very good command of English both oral and written
• Excellent PC skills, MS Office and preferably Excel-competent skills (Power BI is considered an asset)
• Familiarity with ERP systems
• Analytical thinking, strong ownership to take initiative and drive actions and results
