Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, a well-known company in hospitality services industry with activity in Greece, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position:
Income Auditor (Based in Santorini)
Job Description
 
•    Prepare the Revenue report (PMS) reconciliation to each revenue source (F&B, Telephone, Laundry, Parking etc.), resolve any discrepancies on a daily basis.
•    Record revenues per source/segment and prepare daily, monthly sales and other reports for management 
•    Literate with hotel systems P.M.S., P.O.S. (Opera, Micros, ACOM System) 
•    Work closely with Front Office (FO) and Food & Beverage (F&B) to ensure postings are accurate and any discrepancies are resolved in a timely manner
•    Sort and file all back up received in the night audit files from the night audit, as per the record retention policy
•    Ensure timely preparation and distribution of daily revenue report
•    Prepare the Micros Revenue Reports reconciliation with the Daily Revenue Report & the Opera Trial Balance
•    Finalize food cover report, secure correct recording of guest checks on a timely basis
•    Perform spot checks on outlet open checks used, audit all voided checks, corrections and unsettled checks approved by the Restaurant Supervisor 
•    Prepare the Accommodation Tax Report summary in liaise with the Credit department
•    Train Front Office Reception staff in relation to Opera postings, accounting or system related issues, No Show Procedure, etc. 
•    Prepare the Month End Tips Reports for all outlets 
•    Prepare any report or work requested by the management

Candidate Profile

•    BS/MS degree in Finance or Accounting
•    Hospitality experience is advantageous.
•    Over three years proven working experience in similar or related field.
•    Excellent knowledge of English language.
•    Excellent knowledge of computer programs, including Microsoft
•    Detail oriented, hands-on
•    Strong Bookkeeping Skills
•    Understanding of Budgetary Principles 
•    Strong Written and Oral Communication Skills
