Adecco is currently seeking on behalf of its client, a multinational manufacturing company, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position:
Health, Safety & Environment Engineer
Job Description
• Ensures compliance with Safety and Environmental legislation
• Inspects the site conditions (e.g., facilities, processes, equipment), defines hazards and proposes the corrective actions
• Develops, implements end enforces policies that reduce the risk and likelihood of HSE incidents
• Constructs and implements the annual HSE plant improvement plans
• Determines the training needs and designs the training programs
• Advises the Plant Leadership team and key stakeholders for HSE related gaps and helps establish best practices
Candidate Profile
• University degree in Mechanical/Chemical engineering or other related field
• An MSc would be considered an asset
• Minimum two (2) years of working experience in a similar role
• Very good knowledge of English language (both oral and written)
• Proficiency in PC, MS Office and data management
• Learning agility and analytical thinking
• Strong communication and coaching skills
