HR Associate (Dutch Speaker)

Job Description
• Execute flawlessly a variety of HR operational tasks including HR reporting, administering compensation & benefits, processing data corrections and pay impacting transactions in our Human Resources Information Systems) following documented regional, global and country-specific processes and procedures while delivering a positive employee experience
• Provide real-time support for escalated inquiries/transactions via case management tool
• Liaise with other HR, Digital and Payroll colleagues to seek guidance and/or input that will help in timely resolution of inquiries driving a positive colleague experience
• Provide feedback on procedures with a continuous improvement mindset
Candidate Profile
• At least two (2) years of work experience in a HR Shared Services/ HR/ Payroll/ Operations/ centralized customer service environment or business analyst roles
• Bachelor’s degree of Administration or Human Resources or related field such as in business finance or payroll
• Excellent use of English language (both oral and written)
• Excellent use of Dutch language (both oral and written)
• Advanced computer skills in MS Office applications
• Experience in working with a case management tool
• Organizes own work to meet project task deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to follow process with high attention to detail and adjusts to constantly changing priorities
• Strong customer focus mindset and cross-cultural agility
