Field Marketing & Outsourcing Services Manager
Job Description
•    Define, develop and implement business strategies and action plans for Field Marketing & Outsourcing Services
•    Responsible for national sales, P&L (profit and loss statement), expansion of the Client base and other designated KPIs (key performance indicators)
•    Build and maintain close contacts and relations with key Clients of the Adecco Group
•    Assist the subordinate team in building long-term relationships with Clients, negotiations and closing transactions
•    Plan and effectively manage the budget to maximize the result of Outsourcing Department and ROS
•    Establish and maintain relationships with key and influential partners
•    Prepare and deliver sales reports and distribution channels with established regularity
•    Cooperate closely with other members of Sales Departments in order to build organizational synergy
•    Work with colleagues to ensure effective planning and execution of the business plan for selected Clients
•    Represent Adecco at lobbying meetings, meetings with external organizations (HQ, chambers of commerce, etc.)
•    Act as a contact point for international trade partners
•    Manage contacts for local & international outsourcing organizations, in order to achieve common goals in international projects
•    Monitor the activity of team members within the projects, in order to achieve the defined goals and objectives
•    Be an "outsourcing ambassador" for both Adecco and the market
•    Provide training and coaching opportunities for the team
Candidate Profile
•    Approximately five (5) years of experience in team management with exposure to outsourcing services
•    Minimum 10 years of total experience in sales (Key Clients, services) and/or marketing
•    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing
•    Ability to analyze and interpret financial and operating reports
•    Experience in working at P&L
•    Advanced leadership and people management skills
•    Target-oriented with team spirit
•    Solid communication & presentation skills
•    Advanced knowledge of MS Office modules
•    Fluency in the English language (both oral & written)
