Personal Assistant 

Job Description
•    Assists CEO with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks
•    Manages the diary of the CEO and arranges appointments
•    Communicates with the general staff on the CEO’s behalf and coordinates meetings
•    Maintains office systems including data management and filing
•    Enhances administrative effectiveness and ensures efficient office management
Candidate Profile
•    At least three (3) years of proven experience in a similar position 
•    Excellent command of the English and Greek language, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
•    Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
•    Positive attitude, pleasant personality, with a strong team spirit.
