Logistics Manager
Job description
- Manage the logistics centers
- Manage inventory, loading, handling, transportation, and other logistics processes
- Develop new strategies to streamline processes and reduce cost
- Ensure that quality, quantity, customer satisfaction, and financial commitments are met
- Perform metrics reporting and data analysis tasks to identify issues and opportunities for process improvements
- Partner and communicate with suppliers and customers
- Manage the Logistics department and develop logistics staff
- Close cooperation with the associated departments (Production, Technical, Financial etc.)
- Support Regional and Global headquarters according to their requirements for Greece and Cyprus
Candidate Profile
- BA in Supply chain management, Operations, Logistics or relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years working experience as Head of Logistics in a multinational company
- Proven experience in SAP use
- Working knowledge of logistics and inventory software
- Excellent command of English
- Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills
- Frequent travel availability
