Digital Processing Solutions Manager

Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, Iron Mountain, a multinational company, leader in the data and records management sector, for a professional to cover the following position, based in Aspropyrgos:
Digital Processing Solutions Manager
The job holder will report to the Operations Manager (Greece and Cyprus).
Job Description
•Manage project timelines, quality and outcome of customers’ orders
•Research and resolve customer issues, modify work procedures as needed to meet customer demands
•Provide daily direction to employees in order to accomplish projects (lead, mentor, cross train and provide accountable standards and measures to the department employees)
•Monitor and promote a strong customer service focus within the department
•Coordinate the local operations for proper chain of custody / security
•Maintain all related imaging equipment on 1rst level support
•Manage HR related issues for department employees
•Provide leadership for continuous improvement
•Make recommendations to management on desirable additions, replacements or changes
Candidate Profile
•Bachelor’s degree in the fields of Business Admnistration/ IT / Automation Systems is required. Postgraduate degree/ MBA will be a plus
•At least of three (3) years of working experience in a supervisory operations or service delivery role, coming from Logistics or Technology sector, ideally within imaging services
•Excellent knowledge of computer and scanner operation with some knowledge of networking
•Proven experience in personnel management and operational productivity
•Strong people management skills
•Excellent communication and organizational skills
•Attention to detail
•Software development skills will be highly appreciated
•Project management certification will be a plus
