Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, a multinational retailer, a dynamic professional to cover the following position:
Services Manager
Job Description
• Define the strategy of services and develop service improvement plans
• Optimise and digitalize services in an omnichannel environment
• Lead the communication with Marketing, Omni Commerce, Stores, Supply Chain Dpt for
the implementation of Strategy
• Oversee and guide all activities of the Service team, ensuring that best practices are followed
• Create and coordinate Service Level Agreements
• Monitor department issues and client complaints
Candidate Profile
• Proven experience of servicing processes within retail operation or other industry
• Strategic & Critical Thinking
• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
