Job Description
  • Lead the global Payroll and the Compensation & Benefits teams effectively and act as the main point of contact to the Group HRD for all respective issues
  • Define a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned to our company’s strategy and business goals
  • Ensure salaries and benefits comply with the current legislation about human rights and pay equity and keep track of prevailing pay rates and make sure we offer competitive compensation plans
  • Use various methods and techniques and suggest data-based decisions on direct financial, indirect financial and nonfinancial compensations and structure compensation in ways that will yield the highest value for the organization
  • Lead the preparation of the Staff Cost budget and closely monitor the actual results vs budgeted and prior year cooperation with other departments
  • Analyse HR figures and data in order to come to reliable conclusions and strategic suggestions
  • Supervising all payroll activities for all companies of the Group and for external associates
  • Making sure the team is keeping up to date the company’s HR Systems
  • Monitoring the enrollment, renewal, and distribution processes of employees’ benefits
  • Managing the communication with local authorities and legal advisors in all countries we operate
  • Participate in various HR projects and be a true Value representative

 
Candidate Profile
  • At least 5 years of managerial experience in Payroll, Employee Relations and Compensation & Benefits roles in multinational organisations
  • BSc in Human Resources Management, Statistics, Finance, or relevant field, MSc in Human Resources Management will be considered as an asset
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS & payroll software
  • Excellent knowledge of the Greek employment Law (knowlegde of the UK & Cypriot employment Law will be highly appreciated)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to deliver within tight deadlines
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Excellent command of the Greek & English language (C2 level certification desired, LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOLcertificate would be a plus)
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint and Word)
  • Knowledge of Power BI will be considered as a strong plus
