Quality Assurance and Release Manager
Atlas, a company of Adecco Group of Greece, on behalf of Vodafone Greece Group, is looking for people to staff the following position:
Quality Assurance and Release Manager
Job Description
• Define and agree Release and Deployment plans with all stakeholders
• Coordinate releases to ensure that the integrity of release packages
• Design release processes
• Monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of the Release management process across the organization and make recommendation for improvements
• Ensuring that all IT teams follow the release management process for all releases and escalates any repeated non-conformity
• Identify and manage all related risks
• Search and report product release dependencies throughout projects
• Help cross-program planning to oversee dependencies and solve conflicts
• Monitor and Reports Release KPIs
• Test Environments management and configuration
• Drive Quality Assurance initiatives and process improvements
• Define KPIs to measure IT processes and performance
• Develop and implement quality assurance problem reporting processes.
• Evaluate and streamline IT processes
• Analyzes deficiencies in service or performance and recommends process improvements to address problems.
• E2E testing strategy and governance
• Monitor and report testing activities
Candidate Profile
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science , Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems and/or equivalent work experience
• One to two years of experience in a similar position
• Previous experience in Telecommunication industry
• Very good oral and written communication skills in both Greek and English language
• Working knowledge of MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
• Good literacy and report writing skills
• Experience in working in a Matrix Organization
• Good Understanding on Mobile and Fixed business and technologies
• Project Management skills
• People & Stakeholders Management
• Effective leadership and analytical skills
• Adaptive communication skills
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion
• Critical / applied thinking (listen, evaluate and propose)
