Energy Services Employee
(Thessaloniki)
Job Description
• Provides one-off support to the implementation schema creation (inhouse, via partners etc.), including indicatively business support, contractual preparation, tender specifications building, ICT implementations support, etc.
• Delivers the Action Plan of Zenith in annual basis, which includes (for every measure of the mixture separately):
i. Technical description
ii. Quantities
iii. Energy calculations
iv. Specifications
v. Zenith contribution criterion
vi. Additionality & double counting criterion
• Implements, monitors and performs corrective actions in annual basis, according to the Action Plan
• Submits the implemented measures in annual basis which includes:
i. Submission of the implementation tool with the achieved energy savings per measure
ii. Submission of the relevant documentation for the proofing of Energy Savings per measure, according to Action Plan
• Communicates with Schema operator for clarifications
• Performs the final audit of the implemented mixture of measures, in annual basis
• Adjusts the strategic plan according to the final annual clearance of achieved energy savings, in annual basis
• Provides primary level work to the HES, related to company’s energy services projects, such as project tasks implementation, reviews, communications, datasheets, comparisons, tests etc.
• Assists in the implementation of the projects change management processes to enhance future sustainability
• Monitors the activities of all the ongoing projects and provides reports to HES
• Performs the primary communication with the other members of a teamwork
• Collaborates with other colleagues who participates in energy services projects
• Supports HES in order to provide continuous improvement services to business units, to improve existing processes and develop new ones regard energy efficiency performance of company’s customers
• Identifies people-side risks and anticipated points of resistance
• Participates in company’s training programs
Candidate Profile
• At least 3 years of work experience in feasibility & energy studies
• Work experience in energy studies in buildings sector would be an asset
• Diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Master’s degree in energy sector would be an asset
• Very good use of English language (both oral and written)
• Computer literate (MS Office, Internet)
• Organizational skills and communication skills
• Emphasis on details
• Ability to work independently and also as a team member
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to cooperate with partners and vendors
• Effectively develop and present project status reports
