Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, a multinational pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical company, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position:

Congress and Event Coordinator
(Athens)

Job Description
•    Prepares submission of applications and monitors events activities
•    Organizes and coordinates the events (the accommodation and transportation of participants, the facilities, catering, printing and event security)
•    Communicates and collaborates with events planners
•    Organizes registration of event participants
•    Cooperates with partners and other departments of the organization

Candidate Profile
•    University Degree preferably in area of Finance
•    At least one (1) year of working experience as a Congress and Event Coordinator, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
•    Very good use of English language (both oral and written)
•    Excellent use of Microsoft Office
•    Team spirit 
•    Proven organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•    Customer orientation
