Talent Acquisition Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Handle of the entire recruiting cycle
- Candidate sourcing/screening/interviewing
- Advising hiring managers
- Job Description Preparation
- Conduct compensation and benefits analyses for various roles
- Handle the onboarding process
- Reporting
- Participates in succession planning
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Work experience of 3 years as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, HR Assistant or similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or similar role
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
- PC literate (MS office)
