ICT Administrator (Short Term Contract with possibility of extension)
Job Description:
•    Provide 1st level ICT support to the organization users 
•    Provide the basic infrastructure support related to maintenance of the end-users’ ICT equipment and ICT-related services 
•    Provide basic troubleshooting of Windows systems, networking, printing, audio-video conferencing, and other ICT services 
•    Set up the ICT equipment for meetings, presentations, and audio-video conferences 
•    Provide additional, non-ICT but administration-related support such as: 
•    Ensure appropriate assistance in administrative procedures for organization premises 
•    Cooperate with the organization’s Headquarters, according to the administrative needs of the local premises 
•    Arrange meetings, including arranging venues, hotels, and practical details, as well as provide support during meetings
•    Arrange missions for Liaison Officer, including necessary reservations and preparing mission orders and mission claims
•    Provide facility management coordination on a basic level (ordering minor repairs, supervise cleaning services, managing the supply needs, etc.) 
•    All other tasks related to ensuring professional ICT and administrative assistance 
Candidate’s Profile:
•    Secondary education complemented by either professional ICT training or higher education in the area of computer science 
•    At least 2 years direct, hands-on working experience in a first-line ICT support 
•    Experience in assisting users with queries or problems related to PCs, peripherals, networks and office automation tools (MS-Office) 
•    Experience in diagnosing and resolving incidents and service requests 
•    Knowledge of Cisco networks environment 
•    Good knowledge on Microsoft Operating Systems and Microsoft Possession of any Microsoft (related with operating system) or Cisco (related with networking) certificate or completed by professional ICT training will be an asset 
•    Very good knowledge of English (min. B2 level), excellent knowledge of Greek (C2 level or higher) 
•    Excellent interpersonal, communication and organization skills 
•    Driving license
