Trade Marketing Representative
(Thessaloniki 1 year Contact)


Job Description
•    Develop and maintain excellent business relations and contacts with area of responsibility retailers, to achieve trade marketing objectives
•    Ensure effective placement of merchandising materials, optimization of product positioning and effective “face on” display in order to maximize branding awareness and visibility
•    Manage merchandise through agreements with retailers in order to achieve higher branding visibility and sales 
•    Analyze, report, and interpret store specific data in order to drive sustainable growth
•    Achieve trade coverage, visit frequency and visit plan in order to maximize effectiveness and efficiency
•    Manage B2B actions in order to gain and maximize retail engagement and achieve max. brand sellout 
•    Act as the point of reference for external stakeholders by engaging in commercial conversations and negotiations
•    Ensure optimal stock levels and freshness of products through efficient stock management
•    Collaborate with supply chain department for resolving product issues 

Candidate’s Profile
•    University Degree on Business Administration or other related fields
•    Master’s degree in a relevant field will be an asset
•    1-2 years of working experience in sales/marketing (experience in FMCG environment is an added bonus!) 
•    Excellent knowledge of English Language 
•    Excellent use of Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, word, excel)
•    Excellent Communication and negotiation Skills 
•    Excellent Organizational skills and attention to detail
•    Dynamic and confident professional
•    A strategic thinker with strong business acumen
•    Relationship building capabilities and proven ability to create close relationships with customers and a diverse range of stakeholders
