Adecco on behalf of ENISA, the European Union Agency for Cybersecurity and the center of expertise for cyber security in Europe, is seeking to recruit a highly driven candidate for the following position based in Athens.
ENISA Sharepoint Officer (Interim Agent)
(Short Term Contract with possibility of extension)
The successful candidate will provide technical support for IT systems managing the underlying Microsoft technologies including systems administration and support the development of SharePoint included the use of custom automated information management solutions. The successful candidate will also understand system functionality from a user perspective and to provide effective support to staff in getting the best from the systems.
Job description
• Provide technical support for IT systems managing the underlying Microsoft technologies including systems administration and access rights.
• Support the development of SharePoint included the use of custom automated information management solutions using SharePoint Designer to deliver efficiencies in working processes
• Provide cover and assistance when required to other colleagues on the IT/IM teams.
• Act regarding technical changes and configuration within central admin including upgrades and changes to services.
• Work closely with system users to understand their requirements and manage how these are progressed to provide high quality solutions.
• Understand system functionality from a user perspective and to provide effective support to staff in getting the best from the systems.
Candidate Profile
• University degree
• Postgraduate studies in IT, Cyber Security - related subjects, may be advantageous
• At least 3 years professional experience in a relevant field
• Fluency in English (C1/C2)
• SharePoint administration skills
• Familiarity with Office Suite, SharePoint Designer
• Database knowledge (SQL)
• Server maintenance (Windows Server), power BI knowledge, Server maintenance (Windows Server), Experience in Technical support, Networking and network security, Information Security knowledge will be considered an asset
• Be a national of one of the Member States of the European Union
• English is the working language of ENISA. For the position, fluency in oral and written English is required.
