Sales & Marketing Director (Thessaloniki based)

Job Description
•    Lead Generation of Sales & Marketing Strategy implementation across all departments and develop new business in multiple sectors
•    Create with the contribution of the executive team the sales and marketing plan and execute it following through all required actions
•    Coordinate all sales actions within Greece to boost brand awareness
•    Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
•    Identify objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short and long-term sales
•    Review sales plan for all departments (rent, leasing, flex) with target campaigns that will enable a USP for sales
•    Attend domestic sales trips and sales calls visits
•    Review and set plan for new contracts and collaborations, evaluate opportunities by enabling new collaborations
•    Review rates strategy on a daily basis and set plan to achieve budgeted targets
•    Monitor revenue and manage systems in place to optimize the utilization of information within the market
•    Monitor daily, weekly and monthly reporting produced by reservations team or revenue manager in order to immediately access all the threads and opportunities for the upcoming business
•    Control and analyze S&M cost to ensure spending is within budget, in collaboration with CFO

Candidate Profile
•    University Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or relevant field
•    Master’s Degree will be considered as an asset
•    Minimum 3 years’ experience in relevant role, ideally in the Hospitality industry
•    Strong Communication skills
•    Proven ability to manage effectively, strong critical thinking and evaluation skills
•    Fluent in written and spoken English 
•    Ability to travel domestic as needed
