Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, an International Property Development & Investment company, a dynamic professional to cover the following position:
Office Manager
Job Description
•    Collaborating with sales staff to monitor sales, contacting customers and real estate agents and organizing sales presentations
•    Keep a tight control of bank accounts, manage payments and collections 
•    Develop and implement administrative systems, such as filing management. 
•    Use a range of software, including email, spreadsheets and databases, to ensure the efficient running of the office. 
•    Maintain the condition of the office as well as supplies of stationery and equipment 
•    Managing relationships with vendors, service providers & building contractors
•    Managing schedules, calendars, meeting & appointments
Candidate Profile
•   University graduate preferably in Business Administration or related field
•    Fully fluent in English
•    Fully reliable and capable of keeping the confidentiality of information.
•    Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
•    Excellent ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure, with flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads.
•    Good knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and other commonly used office packages.
•    Good teamworking skills, and excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
•    Rigorous and with high attention to detail.
•    A problem-solving approach to work.
•    Project management skills
