Key Account Manager (Supermarket)
Job Description
• Develop strategic Customer Planning by Chain
• Accounts Networking (Top to Top meetings)
• Collaborate with the Trade Marketing for the planning & implementation of all in store activities and merchandising
• Develop and implement of ‘’win-win’’ relations with the buyers’ annual agreements (value-based selling), conduct business reviews and solve all complaints
• Develop & integrate the sales plan by chain focus on specific sales drivers
• Identify opportunities, make proposals of products to Marketing Dpt, range of target prices
• Collaboration with Field salesforce to ensure excellent execution across the country
• Monitor all competition activities
• Select products and quotas in alignment with the target
• Launch and promote new brands/products
• POP placement- Space /self increase- Retail prices checking
Candidate Profile
• 5 years as Key Account Manager in FMCG Industry, with proven experience in the supermarket chains channel
• Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Business Administration or Marketing
• A strong Commercial Acumen and ambitious mindset
• A dynamic, results-oriented individual with exceptional communication skills
• Leadership skills, as you expected to lead both customers and internal executives and managers on key initiatives
• Strong negotiations & presentation skills
• An advanced user of Microsoft Office programs and especially Excel
• Excellent command of the English language
