Market Access Specialist
Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, a leading multinational pharmaceutical company, a dynamic professional to cover the following position:
Market Access Specialist
Job Description
• Prepare price applications and manage pricing for company’s products throughout their lifecycle (e.g. re-pricing), while ensuring internal approvals are obtained
• Support the design, preparation, and submission of HTA applications to gain positive outcomes in terms of reimbursement
• Adjust health economic models (e.g. CEA, BIA) to local environment
• Track and analyse pricing and reimbursement timelines for company’s and competitor products
• Contribute in the monitoring, collection and analysis of data needed for successful business planning (e.g. rebates and clawbacks)
Candidate Profile
• Bachelor’s degree in health sciences, economics, business administration or equivalent
• Master’s degree in health economics or related discipline is a plus
• At least 2 years’ experience in market access or health economics in academia, consulting or the pharmaceutical industry
• Good understanding of the Greek pricing /reimbursement environment and processes
• Fluency in Greek and English
• Very good knowledge of MS-Office applications, especially Excel
• Communication, analytical and presentation skills
