Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, a Greek leading company in Home Decoration & Furniture Market, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position:
Key Account Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION
•    To be part of the creation and direction of the overall B2B Strategy of the Home Decoration and Furniture Category.
•    Define the method to sell products, solutions and services to our B2B Customers. 
•    Define and develop the improvement areas of the current B2B operations.
•    To lead and prioritize activities and projects for the development of the B2B sales.
•    Create an easy, effective and smooth customer journey and after sale support.
•     Lead and support all stakeholders for the development of the concept
•    Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
•    Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
•    Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
•    Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
•    Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
•    Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
CANDIDATE PROFILE
•    Proven and consistent experience in Key Account Management in the Home Decoration and Furniture Sector 
•    Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
•    Excellent organizational skills
•    Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
•    BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
•    Strong understanding of IS/IT technologies and excellent MS office skills.
•    Excellent use of English language - French Language will be greatly appreciated.
•    Strong leadership with proven experience of diverse competences management.
•    Entrepreneurial drive and innovative spirit.
•    Ability to think strategically and navigate among many stakeholders.
•    Ability for networking through trustful relationship
