HR Administrator (Thessaloniki)


Adecco HR is the global leader in HR services, certified in Greece with ISO 9001:2015 in the field of search and selection services and temporary placement. Adecco, on behalf of Cedefop, the European Center for the Development of Vocational Training, one of the EU’s decentralized agencies, based in Thessaloniki Greece, is seeking to recruit a highly driven candidate for the following position: 
 

HR Administrator (Thessaloniki)
 One year contract

 

The interim agent will support the HR team by providing administrative support and contributing to the correct implementation of HR processes. 
The HR service counts 6 staff, a part-time assistant and one trainee.

The role of the HR service is to:

•    Deliver comprehensive HR management services (selection, recruitment, rights and obligations, retention and professional development of staff, appraisal and promotion) 
•    Ensure compliance with EU legislative tools, providing legal support as appropriate on HR issues
•    Drive, together with management, the implementation of the Agency’s HR strategy
•    Coordinate performance and talent management with the learning and development policy
•    Monitor all staff-related expenditure; and 
•    Support the implementation of the ethics and integrity framework through advice, information and training.


Job Description:

•    Documentation of HR procedures
•    Management, filing of HR documents and records
•    Application of the data retention schedule and destruction of relevant records
•    Registration of leave requests in the electronic system and absences administration
•    Providing administrative support for the organisation of learning & development activities
•    Preparation of HR statistics for the purpose of HR reporting
•    Administrative support in the implementation of the annual performance management system 


Candidate’s Profile:

•    Tertiary level education, preferably in the field of HR or business administration
•    At least 2 years of professional experience in the field of administration or HR, preferably in public administration  
•    Very good command of working English (C1)
