Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, a multinational leading facility management services company, a professional to cover the following position based in Salonica:
The job holder will be reporting to the Senior Facility Manager 
 Job Description
•Manages, oversees and/or manages repair and maintenance work assignments performed by technicians, vendors and contractors performing building maintenance, landscaping and janitorial work.  
•Oversees third party contracts, ensuring the correct standard of service is provided in accordance with the agreed contract.
•Understand and complete tasks related to the purchase to pay (P2P) process
•Proactively manages risk and deals with security issues across sites, escalating where appropriate.
•Manages site budget, conducts financial analysis, and prepares regular forecasts according to agreed schedules.
•Responsible for all financial costs and controls for the specific assigned account/client’s site
•Considers opportunities for service improvements and efficiencies, cost savings or commercial gains for the client.
•Supervises, coaches and evaluates the annual performance of his/her subordinates in order to achieve the individual objectives and those provided for in the contract for the coordinated site
•Responsible for the compilation and maintenance of all required management information/records relating to the client. 
•Oversees the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) for the site. Taking remedial action as applicable to ensure the required standards are maintained, and improved where possible, across the portfolio / building.
•Prepares management reports according to the schedule agreed with the client and assists the Regional Facility Manager with ad hoc reporting and data requests.
•Participates and contributes to the overall company’s service and financial performance for the specific account/client/project

Candidate Profile 
•Significant previous experience two (2) to five (5) years in Facilities Management or Property Management with Line management experience
•Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical, preferably) related degree or Facilities Management qualification with strong technical knowledge of building mechanical and electrical services 
•Awareness of workplace health and safety (a recognized health & safety qualification will be an asset)
•Previous experience managing contractors and third parties
•Proven experience in successful client management and relationship building 
•Proven experience in people management experience
•Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office application and IT literate for usage of a FM software
•Excellent knowledge of English and Greek language
•Advanced interpersonal and communication skills 
•Ability to work collaboratively with immediate team members and other personnel at all levels
•Excellent organizational and planning skills within a pressurized environment
•Ability to solve problems providing a variety of options in a range of situations
•Flexibility and customer centricity with a proactive mindset
