Project Management, Application Support and Admin Services Specialist (contract for 12 months)

Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of Pfizer, an international well-known pharmaceutical company, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position:
The job position is based in Greece but he/she will also constantly interact with internal stakeholders (IT Leaders) from other European countries (mainly from Western Europe cluster) as well as external stakeholders (IT service providers).
Job Description
•    Executes project coordination and or management for various IT projects related to application support   
•    Handles SDLC documentation, preparation and maintenance  
•    Performs incident management (investigation, diagnosis, resolution, recovery and closure activities related to the restoration of an IT service to normal operations)
•    Is responsible for problem management (problem identification, root cause and workaround investigation and identification, knowledge base updates, engagement of application maintenance for permanent resolution, problem closure)
•    Provides some support related to hosting and platform good function 
Candidate Profile 
•    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology  
•    More than (7) seven years of experience related with applications support within a well-organized working environment, preferably a multinational one
•    Proven track record in project coordination and /or management
•    Proven exposure in a high-level working standard environment with various applications and Ticketing systems
•    Excellent command of the English language (both oral and written)
•    Proficiency with computer and software applications (i.e. Microsoft office) as well as various working platforms (Windows, Unix)
•    Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
•    Time management, ability to prioritise upon criticality of the arising issues
•    Ability to interact with cross-level and cross-country internal stakeholders from IT function
