Job Description
  • Communicate with customers from Italy
  • Respond to customers’ inquiries via e-mail & chat
  • Follow procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Ability to work 24/7 (which will include evening, night shifts and weekend support)

Candidate Profile
  • Native level of Italian
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Good knowledge of English language (B2+)
  • Familiarity with technology
  • Soft skills & politeness
