GROUP PROCUREMENT ANALYST – PROCUREMENT PROJECTS SUPPORT
Job Description
• Support Strategic Procurement Managers (SPMs) enabling proper decision making:
- Tender Analytics. Examples: vendor data collection; pricing and benchmarking analysis; support/collect costs or other financial data; collect & analyze prices and volumes; analyze market or industry trends; etc.
- Spend & Supply base analytics. Examples: supply base and bidding analysis; spend analysis & reporting; contract tracking; planning/budgeting; support on various projects, etc.
• Work closely & effectively with Group or Country Procurement & Other cross-functional teams ensuring:
- Timely & accurate data collection/processing
- Robust, meaningful & action-triggering analysis
- In depth understanding of market dynamics
• Support to Group Procurement Excellence & Compliance Team. Examples:
- Annual Supplier Evaluation process,
- Support during annual Business Plan & Quarterly Rolling Estimate processes,
- Reporting & evaluation of Procurement KBIs,
- Spend Analytics, etc.
Candidate Profile:
• Approximately 2 years of experience, ideally in FMCG, Pharma or Retail industry
• Strong Analytical skills; Advanced Excel User; PC literate esp. in SAP/ERP systems
• Effective Communication Skills; Customer focused
• Action oriented; Drives results; Plans and aligns
• Team player: Collaborates, Builds networks
• Ensures accountability; Is resilient

Position Characteristics:
