Financial Controller

Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, an international well-known company, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position:
Financial Controller
Job Description
• Review of reporting package for the business unit
• Maintain precise and timely kept accounts and general ledgers
• Analysis of key figures and trends
• Preparation and coordination of budget and forecasts
• Analysis of financial data
• Participation in controlling and accounting projects
• Support in the preparation of financial and corporate reports and commentary by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information
• Daily communication with the management team
Candidate Profile
• University Degree in Accounting or Finance
• At least three (3) years of experience in a similar role within a multinational environment, preferably in Insurance industry
• Experience in Accounting and reporting standards and IFRS
• Excellent command of the English language (both oral and written)
• Good knowledge of PC and ERP systems
• Experience in a matrix organization, will be considered as an asset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to perform under pressure and multitask
• Ability to manage complex processes of transformation
• Team spirit and integrity
