Adecco is currently seeking on behalf of its client, a famous and established Energy Company, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position:
B2C Account Manager
 
Main Duties:
•    Developing a network of agents all over Greece
•    Train Agents regarding the Strategy and Product Assimilation
•    Managing a portfolio of sales call centers and agents to achieve long-term success.
•    Developing positive relationships and handling needs of sales call centers and agents.
•    Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to sales call centers and agents in a timely manner.
•    Report on the status of accounts and transactions.
•    Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives.
•    Monitor metrics regarding activity of call centers and agents.
•    Suggest actions to improve sales call center and agents’ performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Candidate Profile:
•    5 (five) Years of proven work experience as a B2C account manager preferably to electricity and/or natural gas sector and/or telecommunication industry.
•    Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
•    Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
•    Understanding of sales performance metrics.
•    Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
•    An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time.
•    Business oriented with a problem-solving attitude.
•    BSc degree in Engineering or Business Administration or relative fields.
•    Excellent knowledge of English language.
Position Characteristics:
•       Monthly Gross Salary: Very Competitve Remuneration Package
•       Traveling: 25%-30%
