Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, an international pharmaceutical company, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position:

Customer & Sales Support Coordinator

Job Description 

•    Provides information about company’s products and services, respond to customer complaints and process orders
•    Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions and handle product recalls
•    Maintains and update CRM and ERP systems
•    Preparing and drafting business offers (technical specifications, supporting documents, quality certificates etc)
•    Provides administrative support to Customer Service Department

Candidate Profile

•    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
•    One (1) year of experience at similar position
•    Fluent in English & Greek
•    Professional demeanor and strong team-work ability
•    Analytical thinking
