Personal Assistant to CEO



Job Description
•    Manage and update CEO’s calendar
•    Perform administrative duties, prepare meetings and presentations
•    Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests
•    Compose and prepare correspondence and documents
•    Interact professionally with guests, customers and internal employees 
•    Arrange travel & accommodations

Candidate Profile
•    Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position 
•    University or College Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
•    Excellent knowledge of the English language
•    Excellent knowledge of MS Office
•    Excellent communication and negotiation skills
•    Positive attitude, reliable 
•    Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
