“Experience Work Day” is part of the CEO for One Month program. The program aims to ease young people’ transition from education into the world of work and to improve their employability.

Experience Work Day 2021Experience Work Day was introduced in 2013 to tackle youth unemployment and skills shortages, develop young people’s employability and help them enter the world of work.

The Adecco Group and all its brands open their doors to thousands of young people to spend a day in the shoes of a worker and take part in different activities and workshops that provide them with a richer view on the possibilities for their future career.

Due to the need for social distancing that Covid-19 has imposed, like last year, Experience Work Day in 2021 will be carried out digital via a series of webinars that will be held by Adecco Group experts from all over the world.

The participants will obtain useful information about freshening up their CVs, effective virtual interviews, soft skills they will need to acquire in order for them to enter successfully in the world of work and many many more.
