Customer Service Export Documentation Department
Job description
•Daily planning, organization, and coordination of Sea Cargo Export transports
• Booking coordination for Ocean Shipments
•Correspondence with internal and international teams and third party agents to ensure that shipments are planned and completed efficiently, timely, and smoothly (Customers / Shipping Lines / Agents / Customs Brokers / Operators).
•Documentation and follow up for Ocean Shipments (Shipping Instructions – Online
•Bookings to Carriers – Bill of Lading issuance – Invoice Issuance)
• Monitor and update documentation for internal procedures
•Track the shipment to customer requirements and provide feedback;
•Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty; maximize shipment profitability, decrease operating expenses
•Support a positive and attractive working atmosphere and office environment.
•Filling and follow up in systems.
Candidate profile
• University degree in Shipping would be preferable
• Experience in import - export company 1-4 years
• Container Export, in-depth understanding of international terms (incoterms)
• Working in freight forwarding Company will be an asset
• Excellent command in both oral and written in English
• Excellent knowledge in MS Office
• Attention to detail
