Administration Assistant
Job Description

•    Welcomes guests
•    Organizes office operations and procedures
•    Handles all administrative issues
•    Manages agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc.
•    Manages phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
•    Communicates with clients and customers of the organization
•    Tracks stocks and places orders when necessary, of stationery and kitchenette supplies
Candidate Profile

•    University/College Degree of a relevant field(Financial)
•    1+ year of working experience in similar position
•    Excellent knowledge of English Language
•    Excellent use of Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, word, excel)
•    Excellent Communication Skills
•    Excellent Organizational skills and attention to detail
•     Dynamic and confident professional
