Adecco is currently seeking on behalf of its client, an international well known FMCG company, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position:
Junior Brand Manager (Fixed-Term Contract)
Job Description
• Analyses industry, competition, and market trends, market shares, and proposes corrective actions.
• Helps develop and optimize marketing activations (product launches, trade promotions, ATL & BTL campaigns).
• Presents and executes creative ideas for marketing activities.
• Provides briefing for packaging projects and follows up on agencies until the finalization of the artworks.
• Monitors and manages the brand budgets.
• Liaises with internal (demand planning, finance, global marketing) & external (creative, BTL agencies, market research agencies, etc.) stakeholders.
Candidate Profile
• BSc in Marketing or related field
• Minimum one (1) year of experience in a similar position, ideally in a FMCG company
• Experience in portfolio & project management, creative briefing & development.
• Fluency in English written & verbal
• Drive for results, high level of initiative & autonomy
• Team player with group facilitation skills
• Problem solving capabilities & agility
• Flexibility to travel for business and occasional event support.
• Proven organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and a team player.
