Marketing Specialists (Maternity Cover)

Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, a large biopharmaceutical company, for two (2) dynamic professionals to cover the following positions:
Marketing Specialists (12 month contract - Maternity cover)
Job description
- Overall coordination and admin support for the full cross-functional Therapeutic Area (TA) team in Greece
- Ensure all processes works well and follow SOPs and other internal or external regulations
- Participates in the organization and co-ordination of conferences, sponsorships, advisory boards, medical education events and activities, symposia and internal meetings
- Veeva event management administration and support to business owners
- Supports and coordinates all relevant events in the Veeva event management system
- Handling purchase orders and invoices and ensure optimal cost follow up of OpEx
- Contracting with various stakeholders incl. 3rd parties – obtaining signatures, tracking & reconciliation, payments, and storage of contracts in Apttus
- May assist or lead cross functional projects
- May support BUD with team meetings organization, , lunches and similar
- Routine activities, such as word processing, answering calls, creating power point presentations, assembling reports
- May act as back-up for another marketing specialist or other admin role, during absence
Candidate profile
- University Degree (preferably in a similar field)
- At least 2 years of relevant experience within Pharmaceutical companies or companies in charge of organizing pharmaceutical conferences and events
- Ideally having worked in a pharma role, to understand the complexity of the Greek Pharma Market rules and regulations.
- General knowledge of industry practices, techniques and standards is required.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to efficiently and productively communicate both orally and in writing in Greek and English.
- Excellent skills in MS Office and an overall capability to learn new systems.
- Must have general application of marketing concepts and principles.
- Strong administrative skills, detail orientation, and project coordination ability.
