Sales Administrator – Operations Support
Job Description
• Supports Sales department by coordinating and executing daily tasks
• Act as the link between Sales and Management departments
• Communication with legal division, finance and other stakeholders
• Responsible for registration and review of sales contracts
• Create sales presentations for business review meetings
• Support sales department for weekly, monthly and annual reporting tasks
Candidate Profile
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing or relevant field
• Professional experience in Sales Support position would be considered as an asset
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially PowerPoint & Excel)
• Excellent use of English language (written & oral)
• Strong organizational skills
• Positive and team player attitude
• Ability to perform under dynamic environment
