Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, a leader in Hospitality company, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position:
C&B Senior Manager
Job Description

•    Align and implement a comprehensive compensation strategy based on the organization’s overall business objectives

•    Lead the implementation of job analysis and evaluation of new positions, and identify re-evaluation needs in existing structures 

•    Lead the research, design, implementation and administration of employee benefits programs and the respective policies including, but not limited to health insurance, retirement plans and wellness initiatives

•    Conduct regular market research and analysis to ensure the organization’s compensation and benefits packages remain competitive

•    Manage the annual salary review process and ensure equitable and consistent application of compensation policies

•    Oversee the communication and education of compensation and benefits programs, policies and procedures to employees

•    Create and implement data analytics to provide insights to senior management regarding the effectiveness and cost efficiency of the compensation and benefits program

•    Ensure accurate ad reliable data validation processes for compensation and benefits related data, maintaining integrity and accuracy

•    Provide guidance to the compensation and benefits team in job analysis, salary benchmarking and evaluation
Candidate Profile

•    Bachelor's degree in in Accounting or Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 
•    Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Compensation Professional) are a plus.
•    5-8 years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits, with at least 1-3 years in a leadership role.
•    Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
•    Excellent leadership and team management skills.
•    In-depth knowledge of compensation practices, benefits administration, and employment regulations.
•    Advanced proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
•    Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
•    Proficiency in HRIS and relevant software applications
