Sales & Order Administrator
Job Description
• Processes sales orders in ERP system
• Ensures data accuracy with products, dates, sold to/ship to locations, quantities, and pricing
• Communicates with customers daily regarding stock availability and delivery dates
• Closes collaboration with Sales teams
• Issues of sales & service Invoices, commercial invoices, credit/debit notes
Candidate Profile
• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics will be considered as a plus
• 2 years of professional experience in a similar role
• Good knowledge of ERP systems
• Excellent use of the English (written & oral)
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Team player attitude
• Ability to perform under pressure and set priorities effectively
