Customer Service Representative
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Ordering and registration in ERP system
• Implementation of the company's commercial policy
• Communicating, servicing and building close relationships with agents, distributors and customers
• Operating customers invoices
CANDIDATE PROFILE
• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience in a similar role
• Good command of MS-Office applications
• Fluency in English and Italian
