Product Manager & SCM Specialist
Job Description
PM responsibilities
•Management of entire product lifecycle involving customizing product specifications based on local needs, launch, ongoing operations and expansion of product
•Driving the complete product strategy & roadmap and product release plans
•Preparation of annual business plan for the entire range of the Product Category as per the overall strategic direction of the management
•Responsible for quantities, value and gross margin targets for the product category
•Product Life Cycle Management including determining local product positioning & messaging, pricing strategies, product launches, consumer demand forecasting, competitor tracking, develop channel strategy and manage channel conflicts, product marketing, market sensing & action for sellout management
•Feasibility feedback to SEACE on product lineup. Propose local the recommendation in product planning, pricing & budgeting
•Monthly call with SEACE on business performance & key strategic initiatives
•Continuous dialogue for local feedback to SEACE for any request for changes in pricing or promotion
SCM Main responsibilities
•Market demand overview aligned with Sales team inputs
•Prepare model wise sales planning & forecasting (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly)
•Review Sales forecasting & provide Demand adjustments based on promotional plans
•Monitor forecasts to identify changes or to determine their effect on supply chain activities
Purchase Orders creation & Customer Allocation
•Analyze inventories and coordinate with Sales to increase inventory turn
•Channel stock monitoring & Weekly sales reporting based on internal KPIs
•Prepare meeting materials to surface supply and demand issue so that management makes quick decisions
•Communication with all PICs, including SEACE supply chain, Logistics Team and Distribution Centers
Candidate Profile
•Bachelor’s in Engineering
•Minimum 3 years in a similar position
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required
•Knowledge of NERP systems (SAP would be positively assessed)
•Superior interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively
•Multitasking and prioritizing capabilities
•Exceptional attention to detail
•Fluent in English
