Job Description

•    Identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction
•    Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries by telephone 
•    Provide accurate, valid, and complete information
•    Document all customer interactions and transactions in the company’s CRM system 
•    Maintain a positive and professional attitude when dealing with customers

Candidate Profile

•    Fluency (verbal and written) in German 
•    Strong phone contact handling and active listening skills
•    Ability to use smart phones, internet applications and MS Office
•    Exceptional problem-solving and ability to respond to different types of characters
