Junior HR Generalist

Adecco is currently seeking on behalf of its client, an international well-known company in the field of electronics for a dynamic professional to cover the following position:
Junior HR Generalist
(Marousi)
Job Description
• Supports in talent acquisition and recruitment process
• Conducts employee onboarding and organize training & development initiatives
• Provides support to employees in various HR-related requests and resolve any issues that may arise
• Assists in development and implementation of human resource policies
• Undertakes tasks around performance management
• Promotes HR programs and organize employees’ engagement activities
• Gathers and analyses data with useful HR metrics
• Assists in payroll process
Candidate Profile
• BSc in Business Administration, Economics or related field
• MSc will be considered as an asset
• 2-3 years of working experience in human resources policies and procedures
• Excellent use of MS Office
• Excellent use of English language (both oral and written)
• Previous exposure in HRIS systems (especially Workday) will be an asset
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Analytical thinking
• Willing to take initiatives and perform his/her daily job with autonomy
• Self-motivated and open to new challenges
• Proven organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Solid time and project management skills
