Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, multinational pharmaceutical company, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position:
Customer Service Assistant
(Marousi)
Job Description
• Data Entry information & order management
• Billing and invoicing of documents
• Daily communication with clients and 3PL companies
• Cooperation with finance and accounting department regarding products sales and payment terms
• Management of charge deliveries and service exchanges
Candidate Profile
• University degree in Business Administration could be an asset
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service and/or administrative roles, ideally in pharmaceutical Industry
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Very good knowledge of ERP systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language
• Demonstrates effective customer orientation
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
