Adecco is currently seeking on behalf of its client, a multinational manufacturing company, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position:
Sales Ops Executive
Job Description
• Monitors Trade Budget, brokerage fees, updates trackers, codes invoices and updates SAP
• Helps Market Managers to coordinate information between distributors and different functions supporting internal and external customers
• Provides forecasting support: DSR forecast meetings
• Updates product information regarding masterdata/codes for DSRs
• Serves as the key point of contact for Trade Marketing/Customer Service/Orders queries
• Delivers other admin tasks like approvals processing, providing data, agreements, and queries on Freezers
Candidate Profile
• University degree in Business Administration or Economics
• Relevant working experience 1-2 years, preferably in a multinational environment
• Excellent knowledge of English language (both oral and written) and a very good knowledge in German (at least in a B2 level)
• Proficiency in PC, MS Office and data management
• Learning agility and analytical thinking
• Strong communication skills and ability to work on complex issues
