Regulatory Planning Specialist
(Marousi)
Job Description
• Creates Regulatory Planning & Tracking records
• Schedules new submissions requiring Central RA Support
• Reschedules existing submissions requiring Central RA Support
• Influences and advises on e - Product Lifecycle Management process (ePLM)
• Updates Regulatory Information Management system as required
• Communicates with internal and external Regulatory Affairs partners to ensure alignment on dates and reserve resource capacity.
Candidate Profile
• BSc in Economics, Business Administration, Project management or related field
• 1-2 years of previous working experience will be considered an asset
• Excellent use of the English language
• Knowledge of Veeva Systems, Smartsheet, Welcome will be an asset.
• Excellent time management and administrative skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Data entry and strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with data systems and good general computer skills.
• Effective analytical skills and the ability to summarize information and offer solutions.
