Account Manager
Job Description
•    Communication with customers and handling of their requests (via email, phone etc.)
•    Supporting communication with data viewed and entered in company’s ERP & CRM systems
•    Handling of customers’ orders
•    Researching of new customers and sales opportunities
•    Building and maintaining supportive and trustworthy relationships with customers
•    Understanding and meeting customer needs
•    Preparation and participation in international exhibitions
•    Reporting to the management 

Candidate Profile
•    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Marketing 
•    Master’s degree in Marketing or Management will be considered an asset
•    Fluency in English and French language is mandatory (both verbal and written)
•    Good knowledge of Spanish or Italian will be considered an asset
•    Previous working experience in B2B sales roles will be appreciated
•    Familiarity with ERP systems
•    PC literate (Microsoft Office)
•    Excellent communication skills
•    Team spirit and motivation for personal development
•    Attention to detail
•    Critical & Analytical thinking partnered with a commercial mindset
